Trevor Dicks is a Martial Arts International Master Instructor
and a 7th Dan Black belt. He began martial arts training over
forty years ago and has been teaching the Korean art of Taekwondo
for thirty years. During the 1970s and 1980s, he built the
largest Taekwondo school in Queensland with over 70 branches
across the state.

During the course of his training in the mid-1990s, Trevor received
overwhelming feedback from his members about how the training was
helping to control their stress levels. He began researching the
correlation between stress control strategies and personality types,
and realised that a range of strategies were required to address
stress issues for individual personalities and ages. This revolutionary
research now forms the basis of his very successful health and wellbeing
training courses that have helped thousands of people achieve a
better, happier lifestyle.
Currently, Trevor is the director of Pacific International Training,
and the ‘World Taekwondo Alliance’ Regional Director
for Aust. & NZ. He is the chief instructor and examiner for
Pacific International Taekwondo (Australia) and Pacific Sun Taekwondo
(New Zealand).
Trevor rapidly dispels any misconceptions people have about ‘martial
arts’ and takes a real-world, whole-of-life approach to showing
people how to live a safer, more energetic, less stressed lifestyle.
He is heavily in-demand as a guest speaker offering engaging and
inspirational solutions to the pressures of modern living. |
